So many of you have asked me to tell them more about what life coaching is and does. So given the high interest, here we go.
Life coaching is all about helping the client to realize his/her dream, solve problems he/she is struggling with and even find his/her life purpose. Life coaching is about a relationship where the total focus is on YOU, on what YOU want in your life and on what will help YOU achieve it.
Some people come to life coaching because they want to achieve specific goals such as starting a business, writing a book, have a healthier body. Some want to become more effective or satisfied at work and others at home. Some want more from their life: more joy, more simplicity, more peace of mind and other want less: less stress, less confusion, less financial pressure. What they have in common is that they all want a better quality of life: more fulfillment, a better life balance...a purpose for their life ?
It is difficult to describe life coaching because it so much about YOU. The best way to experience it is to book a free sample session. Most life coaches do that, I do, too. You need to find a coach whose style you like. I always recommend to try out a few coaches and go with the one you feel best about (below is a testimonial from one of my clients).
