Hi,
I just thought we should start meeting regularly as the group of mums who are volunteering to teach others in the network. We can share our experiences. And by pulling together our best ideas, we can also help other members who are willing to offer a class but don't know how/where to start. What do you think ?

Hi everyone,
thanks for all your (off-line) positive feedback on the idea of getting together as a group of those offering courses/classes to other members. If we meet on a regular basis and pull together our experiences and "best practises" it will not only be good for us. It will also be much easier for new mums to start a language group. They can simply draw on our combined learnings and have a fellow group of "teachers" to come to for "building up courage".

I think it's a great idea. It will help unify the stream of thought and make all the members' offers to a similar standard. Also, we will be able to create our rules and guidelines that we think are acceptable within our small -yet to grow- community!
A good helping hand to all those who want to offer language opportunities to members but don't know where to start. Come on in and you'll find a few other brains to help you get started.

Great sharing our thoughts this morning on handling fees, location, registration and controlling children and their parents by setting clear rules ! We decided to meet once a term now to help each other when offering courses/clubs. Member who are thinking about offering courses for other members, but don't know where to start, are welcome to join us. Just let me know by sending me a mail, so I can put you on the "teachers" mailing list.
