The Early Learning Centre has a selection of Arabic interactive electronic toys. They are mostly bilingual Arabic/English so non Arabic speaker children can listen to the same question and answer in both languages.

The wooden toddler book I bought from ELC is of great quality. The only problem is that I bought it back in December 2005, and since then I have struggled to find any more!
