You can find a small selection of arabic games, books and CDs at Modesh Fun City at the Trade Center...
Spread across a sprawling 16,000 square metres, the Modhesh Fun City occupies halls two to six of the convention centre. The idea behind the Modhesh Fun City is to enable children to hone their skills in a fun way so they have dedicated zones for different activities be it arts, sports or theatre and music.

I went there today and bought 5 littles books for my son (and me as well!). They also have games in arabic. This stall is located in the Toddlers zone, on your left before the play areas. There are other stalls with vhs and cds in Fun city.
