If you are very new to the subject, I would recommend "Raising Multilingual Children " by Tracey Tokuhama-Espinosa. If you know the basics but have lots of specific questions about problems, education etc, go for "A Parents' and Teachers' Guide to Bilingualism" by Colin Baker. The entire book is divided into topics and written in Q&A form - a very easy read. Both are available in amazon.co.uk and can be ordered from Magrudy's or other bookstores in Dubai.
